Our lives are constantly full of appointments, to do lists, work, responsibilities and so on. Life seems to fly past us. And everyone is talking about stress…
But what does that stress actually look like?
Everyone experiences stress in a different way. The three main types of stress are: physical, emotional and mental stress.
Some possible physical symptoms may include

- cramped and/or aching muscles.
Possible emotional symptoms of stress may include

- over-emotional reactions to situations
Mental signs of stress include

We can all experience a combination of these symptoms. Recognizing that your life may not be in balance is the first step. Then you need to find a way to get your life back in balance.
There are many natural ways to manage stress, such as:

It is especially important to find the balance and pleasure in life again.
Stress is unavoidable, but it’s all about how we decide to deal with that stress.
