Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing you a high level of professional care. Our employees strictly adhere to the professional code as laid down by the Dutch Chiropractors Association (NCA) and the Netherlands Chiropractic Foundation (SCN). Our employees are also bound by internal protocols.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your request for assistance, we hope that you will make your complaint known. You can report this directly to your chiropractor, but you can also report a complaint by telephone or via email. Through mutual consultation, we will try to find a suitable solution that all parties involved can agree on.

If, despite repeated contact, you believe no satisfactory solution has been found for your complaint, you have the option of submitting an official complaint to the professional association (NCA). At that time, the complaint will be further processed there and the associations’ complaints procedures will come into effect. In that case, we will make the NCA complaints protocol available to you and provide all necessary cooperation.
